I am Jannatul Ferdousi, a student of Media Studies and Journalism. Our department offers a diverse range of opportunities across various media-related professions, enabling students to shape their career paths in the direction they choose. Personally, I joined this program with the aspiration of becoming a news presenter and I am thoroughly enjoying my journey here.

Rakibul Hasan
I am Rakibul Hasan, a student of Media Studies and Journalism at the World University of Bangladesh. Studying here has been a truly wholesome experience for me. For anyone aspiring to become a journalist, I believe our department is an excellent place to begin. Inspired by my passion for sports journalism, I chose this field, and I have been enjoying every moment of the journey.

Fahad Porosh
I am Al Fahad Porosh, currently studying in the Department of Media Studies and Journalism.The department blends theory with real-world practice. With expert faculty, modern facilities, and industry exposure, it prepares students to become ethical and skilled communicators. I chose this path to use my voice and creativity to inspire change and speak for the unheard.

Abdullah Al Mahmud
I am Abdullah Al Mahmud, a student of Media Studies and Journalism at World University of Bangladesh. I am coming from a lower-middle-class family, and pursuing education in a private university was a challenge for me. Thanks to the scholarship opportunities, I can continue my studies here. The department provides a supportive and inspiring environment that helps me grow academically and personally.

Mafizur Rahman Shovon
I am Mafizur Rahman Shovon, a student of the Media Studies and Journalism department. From childhood, I have had a deep fascination with crime and investigative news. That very fascination sparked a strong desire to engage myself in this profession. In the future, I aspire to work with renowned international news organizations such as BBC, CNN, The New York Times, Reuters, and Al Jazeera. For this reason, I chose 'World University of Bangladesh'. I am hopeful that the highly qualified and experienced faculty members of my department will help me fulfill my dreams and achieve my goals.

Mehnaz Sharin Momo
I am Mehnaz Sharin Momo, a student of the Department of Media Studies and Journalism. Studying Media Studies and Journalism at WUB is a great experience where I proudly cherish my childhood dream of learning photography and the core of journalism. With a smooth study outline and a friendly teacher–student relationship, I gain the visualization of journalism’s history and my future path. Each day brings new learning, merging with real-life experiences, and I feel lucky to be part of this department.
