🌍 Social Welfare Minor

Empowering Future Leaders in Social Responsibility

The Social Welfare Minor is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the critical role that social programs, policies, and systems play in shaping social services. This minor equips students to engage with pressing issues of welfare, justice, and equity in both local and global contexts.

Students will explore how factors such as race, ethnicity, and diversity influence social welfare at the individual, community, national, and international levels. In addition, they will develop advocacy skills to effectively raise awareness of social policy issues and work towards meaningful change in society.
